Championed for their use of colour and print, the acclaimed design duo has introduced an intricate hand painted vintage lace print, which features on all four design-led garments.
In a black colour palette with highlights of marine blue, violet and forest green, the collection includes a pair of silk pyjama style trousers that, when teamed with the structured short sleeved silk top, channels the pyjama as evening wear trend. Intricate lace detailing features on each piece in the collection, including the mid length skirt and the show stopping high neck, long sleeved tailored shift dress.
Jo Hooper, Head of Womenswear buying at John Lewis says: “We have again teamed up with Clements Ribeiro to create a stylish capsule collection that channels some of our favourite trends for autumn/winter - print on print, structured silhouettes and pyjama chic.”
The capsule collection will be available in select stores and online from September 2012.
