John Lewis Exclusive – The Nokia Lumia 2520 Windows Tablet

John Lewis is pleased to announce that from Wednesday 4 December, the new Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet will be available to exclusively purchase online and in store with a two-year guarantee included at no extra cost*. Designed for life on the go, it features 4G connectivity, a stunning 10.1” full HD display, up to 11 hours battery life and super-fast-charging capabilities.

It comes with the Microsoft Windows 8 operating system and Microsoft Office is pre-installed, making it ideal for customers who use Excel, Word, Powerpoint or Outlook. It also is 4G enabled so customers can use super fast mobile broadband to always stay connected."

Offering the full Microsoft Outlook experience, the Lumia makes it easy to finish off pending emails. You can also view and edit your Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents on the move, while still retaining the original format and back up to a free and secure cloud service via SkyDrive.

The Nokia Lumia 2520 benefits from a 6.7 megapixel rear camera with f1.9 aperture, providing fantastic low-light images, and a two megapixel front-facing camera for high quality video calls. It also comes with a number of unique software experiences and exclusive apps, including Nokia Storyteller, which reinvents the way your relive your stories by automatically compiling your pictures from social media such as FaceBook and Flickr, as well as SkyDrive into a single timelime. Thanks to the built-in NFC (near field communication) and the Lumia Share application you can also interact between your tablet and Smartphone, viewing all your images within Storyteller.

A new video editing software, Nokia Video Director is also on board, allowing you to get even more creative with videos that you have created on your Lumia Smartphone or 2520 tablet. Shoot a video on your Lumia Smartphone, share it with your tablet and edit with predefined templates, for a professional finish.

Always get to where you want, thanks to the popular HERE Maps app, which makes the Lumia 2520 the only tablet with true offline map support for a fast and reliable navigation experiences.

The tablet comes with an exclusive “Dragons Adventure” application. Developed in partnership with DreamWorks Animation, the app works together with HERE Maps and LiveSight offering a unique augmented reality experience. Dragons Adventure turns every journey into a fun “How to Train Your Dragon” themed experience.
